Spruce Flats Falls

Shot last summer, with my buddy Jerry Denham, this is a crop of a portrait orientation changed to landscape of Spruce Flats Falls in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

I miss getting out and hiking to the falls, but in due time I will be able to do it again.

Minor Changes

Even though it’s been several months since this image was taken, post processing happened that afternoon, but going back in Lightroom and looking at the Before and After for this image, I can see that a lot of work went into correcting it. Mostly correcting the White Balance, and making minor adjustments to the exposure, contrast, highlights and shadows, I was able to revive this shot from the dead.

I also remember a lot of spray on my lens. Using the Spot Removal tool, I was able to clean it up a bit too.
