Knoxville Riverwalk at Night

Quick Tip: Try shooting urban landscapes at night using the Tungsten White Balance.

Even though I shoot in RAW and make minor adjustments in either Lightroom or Photoshop, for this particular shot, it was suggested to me to shoot with a Tungsten white balance. So I did, and I can tell you that the results are much better than if the shot were shot in Auto, or some other white balance setting.

Above is a shot of the Knoxville riverfront taken from the Gay Street Bridge, setting the white balance to Tungsten. As you can see there is a cooling blue look to this image, but at the same time all the lights are highlighted and really seem to pop.
