I don’t think this waterfall has a particular name, not one that I can find anyway. This is a waterfall that can sometimes be seen to the right of Bald River Falls. This is a very tall waterfall that cascades down the very steep mountainside. This waterfall falls into a small pool and then trickles down below the rocks and feeds back into the river. Getting up to this fall was not very easy as there is no trail that heads there, but just some careful footsteps will eventually get you there.

Due to the location of this fall, and the position I had to get to capture this waterfall, there is no way to truly understand the height at which this waterfall begins.

If you’ve ever been to Bald River Falls, you may have seen this waterfall just minding its own business. I have added another image to this post to illustrate the location of this waterfall in case you haven’t seen it before.
