Panoramas are not the best when viewing them online. Due to the limitations of monitors and web pages, panoramas typically look smaller than they actually are and lose a lot of the scope and scale of the shots.
But here is a pano that I took a week ago Sunday. While out with Jerry Denham, we were wrapping up for the day and came to what is probably the most photographed area of the entire loop, andĀ becauseĀ of the lack of leaves on the trees, we were able to see and capture the area a bit better than during the spring or summer.
This shot was taken using a NIKON D5000 at ISO 200, f/9, for 1/50sec
