Our first snowfall for this year came to use last night. It is always peaceful to me to see the snow, but at the same time it does cause some inconvenience initially. But once roads are cleared the snow along the road starts to turn ugly with all the dirt and junk that’s caught in it and pushed out by traveling cars along the highway. However, seeing fresh snow in less traveled areas is a beautiful sight.
This particular photo was taken last year during our trip to a cabin in the Roan Mountain State Park during the spring.
