We are in our third day of just ugly weather in East Tennessee, so I thought I would post something with a little more color that what we are seeing here.
This photo is of a dam in the Citico Creek found in the Cherokee National Forest in East Tennessee. This was a cloudy morning with small holes in the clouds for some morning light to shine through. With little dams like this one, I really like how the water above the dam is appears to be very calm, creating a smooth mirror affect. Then you see the chaos of the water falling over the dam.
