This morning I got the kids up early and we headed out to Indian Boundary Lake, only to find that access to the campgrounds are “closed for the season”. By the time we got there it was still dark, but there was heavy clouds and I knew I wouldn’t get a good shot of the sunrise over the mountains. We headed back home (taking a very long way back, that included a nice, but long drive along a rocky road next to Citico Creek) and ended up near Tellico Lake. I found a boat ramp and took this shot from it’s dock.
