My new lens (Nikon 50mm 1.8 D) was delivered today and since the kids are already in bed, I decided to use our dog as my model for my first shoot. The 1.8 allows for a much smaller depth of field. I can’t wait to get out and use it on other things other than my less than cooperative dog.
