Happy Halloween! I know that Halloween is more than a week away, but we are in the middle of the time of year when families go out with their young ones and shop for costumes, get dressed up to go to fall festivals, theme parks, zoos, costume parties and other places to get an early start on getting their tricks or treats from friends and strangers.
