This shot was taken using a NIKON D5000 at ISO 100, f/16, for 1/2sec

Got up early yesterday to meet Jerry Denham for a few hours of shooting the Roaring Fork Motor Trail, part of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The last shot of the day for me was of this bridge that I had first seen in a painting that I had seen on Google Image Search, while I was doing a little research about this area. While talking to Jerry about the image that I had seen, he said he didn’t know of such a spot. But it wasn’t until we passed it, that we realized that this was the spot. Traffic on this road is one way and this shot is “facing traffic”, so basically we had to look behind us to see the shot.
